How do I get an account with Cress Co?

To open a trade account with Cress, please contact us either at info@mcasales.co.uk or click on the button to fill out a form and we will get back to you with a New Account Form. Once your account has been approved and opened, normally within 1-2 working days, orders can then be placed online.


How do I order online?

Existing customers can now place their orders online for speed, accuracy and convenience. Visit here to log in using your email and password. After placing an online order, you will receive a confirmation email. If there are any issues with your order i.e. out of stocks etc, our Customer Service Team will contact you within 24 hours.


What day do I have to order by and what is my delivery date?

All orders must be completed online each Monday by 12 noon.



How do I set up an account to order online?

Existing customers who wish to order online can request a website login by clicking the Register button here where a request will be sent to our team, again this can take up to 48 hours for requests to be completed. Once completed you will receive an email confirmation with login details that will allow you to place orders 7 days a week.


I can't remember my password to log in. How do I fix this?

If you have forgotten your password to the online ordering system, you can reset this by visiting here.
